Arden Gardens

The apartments are overpriced for quality. There is no place for children to play thus resulting in parents allowing their kids to scream and run amuck in 1 of 2 small courtyards. The second courtyard has a fenced in area that was once a beautiful garden fountain that hasn't run for years. Fire alarms ring almost every other day and sometimes are on and off for extended times while residents cook. Residents speed through the back driveway which is narrow and has lead to multiple near-miss... accidents. The driveway alone is narrow and parking is not equal to the amount of apartments present. Management has recently changed and does a good job cleaning up messes the children make despite it not being management's responsibility. Read More
