Belfort Arms Apartments

To begin the manger of these apartments(her name is maria) is extremely unprofessional, and rude . They only care to fix things in these apartments when code enforcement is going to show up. People steal clothes out of the laundry and will also steal mail OUT OF your mailbox. People relieve themselves inside of the elevator as well. They took out the shower from my bathroom as well when it says in my contact that I’m paying for two bathrooms / showers. Rats and roaches. Worst place ive ever... lived in. There is so much more. Been here 10 y. Thankfully i saved enough to finally move! Horrible! Huge roach, bedbugs, and termites issues! Some aprtm worse than others. They didn't even tell us until i found out from seeing and hearing from other tenets. Repairs are done half fast and only the week before code enforcement comes! Everyone living here will tell you the same thing! Management is so disrespectful about caring for you and their grounds. They would only spray if you ask yhem...and the pestman may even skip you... if manager tells him. Yeah i found that out from being skipped and called the pestman personally.
