Agreeable
I have lived here for quite sometime now and while I've dealt with a few negatives (occasionally neighborhood occurrences, maintenance issues, over priced rental charges) I must say that my fellow residents are as a majority friendly, helpful, and personable. If you have a maintenance problem, getting the manager to put in the report might be like pulling teeth but the maintenance crew are all very kind and always willing and ready to do their job. Overall, I'd say my stay here has been... agreeable and I would recommend living here, but only to those who:
1. don't have children
2. don't mind paying a little more despite the lack of extra amenities (not much storage/closet space, small unheated pool, smaller rooms)
3. are not home much or are a very quiet person who doesn't have many guest
