I found this apartment for my parents who are seniors. This is their first time living in an apartment and it has been a wonderful experience for them. The complex is quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly, the apartment manager is responsive and very pleasant to work with. The apartment is pretty nice and spacious. Modern updates, very clean and Great layout. and what’s also nice is that all the apartments are cottage style. And the units are spaced nicely apart. Located close to grocery... stores, gas stations and a lot of great places to eat. If you’re looking for a nice apartment in Rosemont, this is a wonderful place.

A lovely apartment
Bradshaw Place Apartments has been a home for me for the last five years. I’ve been loving the quietness and cleanliness of this community. The complex is well mentained. The management is taking prompt care of work orders (had very few so far). It is a single story building, no neighbors walking upstairs is a great plus. And having a full size washer and dryer in my apartment is a true luxury. I really enjoy it here and the on-site team is great.

Very Convenient
The place is conveniently located to grocery stores, Gym facility and bus stop.
The only down side is that there is no gate and no security guards on site. which makes it susceptible for anyone to walk in and commit crimes.
In 7 years of living here, I have had my vehicles vandalized twice and one of them stolen.
Although located on a main road, The place is very quiet!
Management team is very friendly and would usually reply within 24 hours for services.

Quite and Comfortable Living
This complex is very small, it's quite, and the neighbors are very friendly here. Galina (the manager) is amazing, she is super friendly and very easy to communicate with, if you have any issues or concerns, she will work with you to get it resolved, she's also flexible with her time, as long as you let her know in advance and she will work with your time. The maintenance folks are very friendly and they are on point with getting things done. This is my 3rd time back to one of Vertus Properties... that is ran by Galina. I couldn't ask for a better place than here, it's secluded and very quite and so far haven't had any issues at all. Best management by far.
