Wish I never moved here

I just moved in and there are so many roaches outside you can't even step on your doorstep. Not to mention the rats running around. Or the police are always here for the people upstairs fighting. I regret moving here. Somebody deal with this. The manager on site does nothing but the yard and as soon as I moved in stuff stopped working and they have been refusing to fix it.

Dont rent from here ROACHES AND RATS

The pool is never open there is giant roaches outside along with big rats. They only have washers in two apartments and only 3 that are $2 to wash and $2 to dry but always left open for the homeless to break in to. Not to mention management never fixes anything the apartment above had poop coming out the sink and was told they where not fixing it until they moved out.

Run down/sketchy

I’ve only lived here a few months, but I can’t wait to leave.
They refuse to take care of a disrespectful, loud neighbor that regularly disrupts the entire complex. To top it off, the resident is a convicted felon and has threatened my safety a number of times. It may be cheap but it comes at a cost.

They only pros are the large space for little cost and on site management that will fix maintenance issues as soon as he can.
