College
Great place if you're on a budget. I saved a lot living here. Rent is depended on how much you make in a year. $500-700 a month. CSUS students have first priority to get an apartment if you are approved.
Wait list is a pain in the butt but if you get a unit then it will be worth it. It is located next to CSUS and it is around 10 minutes walking distance, and the American River is located next to it.
