They require $100 to put you on the waitlist
Just as the title says; contacted copper creek for availability and was told none are available and if I wanted to join a waitlist, I would have to bring a check for $100 in person in order to be ON the WAITLIST.

Poor excuse for an apartment
I think it's comical that there are ANY good reviews for this apartment complex when every time I visit the office about a concern, there's two or more people in there complaining about something else! Do you enjoy getting snooty responses from the office staff? Do you enjoy the smell of weed pouring into your apartment while entertaining guests and while you sleep at night so that your eyes are watery and irritated? Do you enjoy the smell of dog feces on a raining morning or a hot sunny day? Do... you enjoy having to kill three or more spiders in your apartment, a day, not to mention possible poisonous ones with colored legs? Do you enjoy being charged a ridiculous amount of money for rent while the office goes through major repairs? Then this property is definitely for YOU!

Small space, but well kept
The apartments are undoubtedly beautiful, both interior and exterior, but the space inside feels a bit cramped. The 1x1 is a modest 569 sq. ft. A major plus is having a washer dryer inside, being close to the theater and having easy freeway access.

Apartment Goals!
I've been roaming through this app trying to find the perfect apt. For when I move out to college and I fell in love with these! The rent isn't that bad, they are beautiful inside and out. They have a beautiful pool. And it's pretty close to the college I plan to attend! I'm hoping there will be empty rooms for when the big move arrives!
