Once you are in here the office treats you bad. Rent is going up by $100 each year. They will charge you for water, sewer and garbage once your lease is done. This is a very small complex so if you have more than one vehicle you will have to fight for a parking spot. Parking is a big problem especially during night and weekends. People will scratch your car and manager does not do anything about it. Laundry is small because when you want to use it people hog up the machines. Appliances are old... and outdated. Flea, bugs and spider problems. Office will blame you first. They are liars when they say this place is smoke free. Manager sees people smoking and ignores. Noise problems at night, pool is very crowded during hot days because of tenant always inviting outsiders to hang out. Manager behaves and talks like a know- it- all. He liars to get you in. Its a quite and very private complex surrounded by trees , I'm in the 2b/1b with fire place open ended kitchen vaulted ceilings . its older but definitely in good condition !
CONS: limited parking space
slight pest issue(nothing mgmt wont take care of,just ask)
PROS: cheap rent
huge rooms , huge closets
two vanities, lots of storage space
Mgmt is quick to help when needed
