Horrible new management

Before the new management takeover in November, there have been no problems at all. Any issues were resolved and any upcoming dates were announced to ensure the residents knew of all documentation.

Since new management there has been very slow replies and very little urgency to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved or even responded to.

New management also is irresponsible with lease terms, providing no updates on how to renew/ vacate, provide no official documentation at all. Have… also called office multiple times, all within reasonable open hours, there was no documentation or phone log of anything, no information written for any requests. Had to send in a screenshot of call because they cannot document anything on their end.

Really irresponsible management, although they are polite, I expect that the rent and utilities that I pay also go to the actual management portion of these apartments. It does not seem that way anymore.
