Florin Meadows Apartments

I’ve lived at these apartments for 41/2 years before recently moving out. The property manager which is Nai is very lazy, give notices out for 10 day pay or quit even when you do pay, they don’t tell you about roaches until you sign your lease, nai also has 1 person doing all the work and he gets backed up a lot with readjusting the rents or anything else Nai will also make any effort with making tenants pay back pay rent and will lie in your face about him not saying what he said. These... apartments are infested with roaches, maintenance don’t come in time, the only people who do their jobs are the cleaning ladies but the apartments tend to get dirty within that same day. You see roaches in the dumpsters also. These apartments aren’t worth the move in. They are good with being based off your income but if you are willing to deal with the headaches,lack of service and complaining and living with roaches I suggest that these apartments aren’t worth it. Florin Meadows Apartment is a very great apartment, I've been living here for 5 years now and they do keep the apartment clean so that when you step out side of your unit and take a walk you won't have to worry about not been clean. The apartment also have two play ground and a basket court for kids and young adult to play with. They also have two laundry to wash your clothes, security walking around to make sure nothing bad happen and the rent for this apartment is very affordable because they... go base on your income and they are also under the HUD program so its very nice if you can't pay high rent at other place and I would recommended to any one who is low on income.
