Went there to find information about this listing manager was nowhere to be found. Waited over 1 hr - he or she never came back from lunch.

I have lived in these apartments for years. They are dirty, outdated and INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! Management is poor and does absolutely nothing, the living conditions are very poor and downright dangerous. The plumbing and electrical work was done poorly and it is unsafe, I have contacted management about problems with my apartment and months later nothing has been done. There are sometimes 25 (no exaggeration) of SCREAMING CHILDREN running around these apartments and parking lot with... absolutely no adult supervision, I have witnessed children around 3 years old running in front of cars in the parking lot without an adults around. Children also throw rocks at parked cars and have thrown rocks at ME also!!! Laundry rooms are disgusting, washers & dryers have been broken down for months and it seems like a management has no plans to repair them. The management is VERY shady also and incredibly OVERCHARGE their tenants. As people move out, they update & removal units. Basically they are charging ALL of their tenenats the price of the UPDATED apartments, despite 95% of the tenants living in the extremely old, outdated, tacky & filthy units....... Read More
