Community living in an Urban Treelined setting
Manatee Gardens is walking distance to dozens of shops, nightlife, groceries, and restaurants. Our community is a easy going happy mix of humans and furry friends. Trees have and plants grow in our courtyard keeping things cool and shady in California heat.
