if you live here and need something, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! It doesn't matter if you are an ideal tenant. They just don't care what you need.

Refuse to fix vandalized mailboxes
I have lived here for 5+ years. While the apartments are OK (despite ongoing increases in rent) the property management company is horrible. Case in point, our mailboxes were broken into over a month ago and are currently unusable. The property refuses to fix them forcing us to drive (in a pandemic) all the way to the post office to pick up our mail. Do they care? No. Have they communicated anything about this situation with us? No. Avoid this place if you can.
