THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

They have MOLD! And this is coming from multiple units/renters! They don’t fix ANYTHING! That washer and dryer that you pay for every month? They definitely won’t be fixing it, this also comes from multiple renters. Air conditioner in the summer? They’ll fight you about it being, “A part that needs to be ordered.” that beautiful car you park outside? The parking spaces are literally under the legal sizing. You definitely will end up with dings and scratches and scrapes. Honestly, just the worst

Staff

Rebecca is by far one of the best office workers I’ve dealt with, she pays good attention to what happens around the complex and she listens to everything you need. I’ve never had a problem getting in contact with her and she is always available.

Rebecca was a godsend. She literally helped my sister and I throughout the duration of the whole process. She was patient, kind, and very informative and supportive along each and every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough for her help!

Lived here for 9 years!

The people in the front office were always cheerful and helpful. Maintainance was always on the ball when I needed them. I only moved out because I didn't need a 2 br and a 1 br was not available at that time.

Never in office

Every time I come to look at these apartments they have a brb sign and they are never back by that time or 15 minutes later. No wonder why they have openings.
