Palm Apartments
Good apartments, and all the neighbors know each other and watch out for each other. The area is quite noisy because it's offa busy street and intersection, with a gas station next door. Gradually the complex has been improving since about January 2014. It's not really a place for people with children since there is no play area. Also, there is no guest parking, with the possible use of a tenant not having a vehicle and allowing their guest to park in their designated spot. Dual paned... windows are a huge plus, not only for noise, but also energy efficiency. I have enjoyed living here.
