to Parkside Villa costumer and Owners.

the management team is very unprofessional , they fail to notify multiple times about any changes that they make unilaterally. They also fail to address most of the maintenance issues. Also the management team has its favorites and gives them priority in maintenance requests and parking lots. They do not repair , replace , anything in the apartments prior to a new tenant entering the premises , they just do touch ups on everything.
when I requested to contact a supervisor or any other higher... authority the management refused vehemently to do so .
