What kind of employees do they have at this place that don’t answer the phone between 1 and 2 than when I call back after 3 to make sure they are back from lunch the pick-up and hang-up without a word! What are these people TOXIC!!!

I have lived at this complex 2006. Since ConAm took over in 2014 it has degraded in quality while they consistently raise rents to maximum amounts. The maintenance is unskilled and unprofessional and has ruined areas of my apartment. Rules do not apply to staff that live on site. They continually tag cars to tow and tow tenants cars from their assigned spots. The lawn guys start blowing dirt against the windows bright and early at 7am. The insulation is poor so your apartment ends up... covered in dust. The siding is cosmetic to cover the old decaying exterior walls . Don't let the pictures fool you. Security only responds after hours and usually nothing is done when neighbors cross boundaries and violate other tenants peaceful enjoyment of their unit. Kids ride bicycles through the parking lot in front of cars and run their bikes along parked cars. You cannot access the bus stop unless you walk around to the front or rear gates. Guest parking is limited to uncovered parking which is usually taken so your guests will be expected to park at the very back of the complex, which doesn't have security cameras and is poorly lit.

Thank you for your review. Your thoughts and opinions are important to us. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience the landscapers have caused. I will address this with the foreman of the landscaping company. Vehicles that are abandoned,... deemed to be a safety issue, are not appropriately registered, or are in violation of our community policies are at risk of being removed from the property. Guests who park their vehicle in a resident's parking space is also at risk of being towed. We want our residents to be able to access their assigned parking space at any time. I understand that it may be inconvenient for guests to park towards the back of the community, but our goal is to provide the best parking spaces for our residents. Any time you are experiencing neighbors who are disturbing your peaceful enjoyment, please call the local Police Department. We do not provide security at Redwood Square Apartments. Our Courtesy Monitor is designed to assist with closing the amenity centers, and works limited hours. The non-emergency police number is (916) 264-5471. For emergencies, please always dial 911. I encourage you to call me to schedule a time to speak about the issues that you are experiencing with your neighbors and the staff that live on site. I want to help to resolve this matter, as well as provide you with an environment that you love calling home. This is the perfect place live gated community pool community computer room after school programs for the kids the staff is great and very helpful to you're needs very clean next to a lot of shopping stores and restaurants love living in this area

My apartments have been recently upgraded on the outside. They have changed management on several different occasions. So far this new management is pretty good. Before the new management we had a big issue with management towing cars. Its pretty quite over here. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a stacked washer dryer and its large and spacious. Overall i give it three stars.

This place is amazing. Great new management with tones of upgrades from laminate flooring to updated kitchen and appliances. Quite and peaceful. Only down fall no gym
