Ridgestone Apartments

Been at Ridgestone for years now. Has definitely Improved in the last few years definitely quieter and cleaned up alot of the property and the management is always really helpful!

I moved here in 2024 from Oak Park Sacramento and I LOVE it! Very close to shopping, food movies church, etc! Quiet and friendly neighbors

Every complex has its pros & cons. Overall cool place.

Since we moved here there's been no crime at all, not even porch pirates. Our 1 bedroom apartment has 600 square feet and a real walk-in closet! You can get high-speed Comcast internet here and delivery services have no problem finding the place because the layout is straightforward. The laundry room is kept clean and maintenance responds fast! We've been renting around the city and this place is a great value.

As new family my husband, I, and our infant decided to move into ridgestone apartments. The first day we moved in there was a couple fighting at the gate of the apartment. I wish I could say it ended there but sadly no. Right next door to us lived a couple and their very small children( one was an infant the rest 4-5). The "husband" would beat the crap out of his wife as the children screamed in terror. My family could here everything! It was truly terrifying! After speaking to police and the... apartment nothing was done! Eventually someone tried to jump said "husband" and fought in between our new car and another car. Are whole side mirror was ripped off and our car was severely dented.(at this point I just found out I was pregnant)there was even a moment where some said they'd be back with guns! After that incident we packed up our family and left. It was a traumatizing experience. The "husband" even taunted my husband on our way to church for questioning his wife about our car when we stepped out the next day. He said he wasn't a man.... uh yeah. If I could give this apartment a 0 I would. I will say that the maintenance guy was very nice and fixed whatever needed fixing promptly. Also aside from the craziness the apartment is visually pleasing. However it'd be an injustice to others to let people move there without knowing our story. This was almost over a year ago since we lived there so hopefully it's a lot better now. I would be sure to ask a lot of questions before deciding on this apartment. Read More
