Price is low and that's why I stay
I didn't have a place to live and the manager helped us out. The area is not the best but I love that we got gates and cameras. Some of the neighbors are dirty and complain because they don't want to fallow the rules but they know they can't get in anywhere else. The manager is nice but she don't play. The ones who complain are the ones who do the most. I keep my apartment clean and pay my rent. I've lived here for 8 years an never had any problems. I got no roaches, my neighbors do but they... dirty. I can't do roaches so I keep clean.

I stay because the rent is lowest around

I don't have roaches, my neighbors do and they are dirty and don't clean up after their dogs and kids. I can't do roaches. I have lived in apartments all my life and roaches don't... like clean.

Lazy unprofessional management
Manager comes to door at night with her kids who push past you to touch your pets.Laundry rooms filthy homeless people poop inside,manager said it is up to the tenants to clean it. Roach invested.
