The M.A.Y. Building

This is a real review I lived on the property, I moved here from another state. I arrived from Texas the place was nothing as was described. My unit was a complete mess hadn’t even been cleaned the restrooms weren’t even flushed. There was no Microwave and when they mention the amenities their nonexistent most of the amenities that they have listed in their photos are either broken or have never been in the first place. The parking is about three blocks away and every morning you have to cross... through an area that is populated by homeless when you park at night you have to cross the streets that are full of homeless the parking lot that they assign you to smells like waste from the homeless people outside it’s not safe there a night. When you leave to go to work in the morning you open the front door there homeless asleep at the door area and at night time it is so noisy you’re gonna hear homeless, fighting outside, breaking bottles & more. I only lasted here four months and decided I couldn’t take it anymore and moved far away to Walnut Creek. When I called them to let them know I was moving they wouldn’t even allow me to book the elevator so I can move all of my items with the moving truck, so I had to block the elevator myself and do it in the morning and another thing there is nobody on site throughout the day.
