loud and limited parking, but satisfactory
For most people here, this apartment is probably a 3.5 to 4.5. The apartments used to be motels, so they have issues that motels would have once converted to apartments like limited parking since the motel didn’t have parking for every space and the walls were made really thin. The apartments were remodeled, and they look much nicer than they previously did, with new appliances and updated floors. The noise insulation was also updated, but it only addresses the bare minimum, and since the... buildings were not made to have noise insulation, everyone I have talked to can hear their neighbors at some point. You can hear regular conversations between your neighbors, barking dogs, and yelling from exciting experiences at night. People continue to live here nonetheless because it has a solid gym, the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, and the rent is affordable, particularly with all of the new amenities. There are no pests that I have noticed or that others have mentioned. The population that lives here is relatively young compared to other complexes. The community is also pet friendly, and it is probably one of the more affordable apartments as someone with a pet. I think for some people this might be a good apartment, but if you go to bed early for work, I think you should continue to look so that you don’t end up losing out on sleep from noisy neighbors like I have. But if all you can afford is Track281, just remember, it could be worse.
