This is my first year at Wexler and it has been such a nice place to live! The amenities and staff are great, and the rooms are the perfect size. The location is also perfect for walking to the CSUS campus. The area is a bit noisy but that's what comes with living in the city.

So far, moving in has been smooth nad have adjusted to the new apartment. Because I live in building 1 in the far back, facing the parking lot, I find it troubling having to walk all the way up to the front at times, since the back doors are always closed off. When bringing home groceries or a heavy load, it's tedious to have to walk all the way to the front, use the elevator, then walk all the way to the back of the building. I understand it's probably due to safety reasons and not having... people barge in, but the gate that leads up to that door outside requires a code as well. That's my only concern; everything else has been fine.

Pretty cool so far, love the amenities, not too noisy, lots of events unfortunately I'm at work for most of them but the later hosted events are fun

Nice apartments and custodians keep it nice and clean. It gets really loud at night, especially on weekends. Theres not a lot of gym equipment but its kinda a given since the gym is small

The living space is very inviting and comfortable! They always have calendars posted every month for different activity nights and when they have any offerings which are super fun. There was a problem last year with a power outage and sometimes the wifi, but they make the fixes.
