Nice Place To Live, But Awful Services

Was a very nice cottage-feel apartment to live with a much of sunshine almost all the time. There are bus routes down about a mile close to the shopping centers including Shopper Rite (grocery store). Walmart Supercenter is close by also and is very close to the bus routes as well. Was renting a studio apartment which the kitchen with a plenty of counter space was big for one person and the space was very nice with all the comforts. But, truly awful services that the leasing manager was not nice... and seemed almost all the time to be out of the office to run her personal errands while she was working anyway. Not helpful and not understanding with any compassion. Lots of times that the laundry was so messy with a lot of debris on the floor. The laundry room itself is very small. The washers and dryers were often not much working well that often times, the dryers ended up being broken down to wait for the maintenance to be done. The payments for the laundry were often to be taken which the residents including me to constantly ask for the refunds that the leasing office rather did not want to do about them. The apartments were needed to be freshly painted and the big battered bulletin board needed to be replaced. The maintenance for the apartment complex was not that great and was not that much of maintenance which was needed. Often times, there were some trash out on the property and debris as well which was not taken care of right away. Residents seemed to put up with by living there and put with the nasty manager who seemed not happy to manage and do her job. Felt sorry for the residents there and had to leave my residence due to misunderstanding of the leasing manager and due to the fact of HUD office which did not file my paperwork on time. Had only lived there for three months and did find it grateful to live there.
