Woodmore Gardens Apartments

Some units have a bad roach infestation. They spray often but the roaches do not go away. The maintenance worker does a poor job maintaining the property and is unprofessional. Some units have hot floors, possibly due to underground water leaks, but nothing is done about it. Told management first day after moving, wrote it on the move-in inspection sheet and nothing was done in the whole year we lived there. The apartment was clean when we moved out but they deducted almost $300 total from our... deposit; $170 for carpet cleaning. No stains or damage but they charge anyway unless you get a professional carpet cleaning and show them the receipt. Shady business practice. Parking is limited and people leave junk cars in guest parking spots for months at a time. People park in fire zones over night. Actual rent prices are higher than what you see on this site. Moved in was not informed of the roaches. They spray but roaches do not go away. I am clean person. I was told it has been problem for years.

This complex though older is well maintained and the manager is always available. The price is about what you would expect to pay these days, and they don’t charge for water, trash or any other things.

Woodmore Gardens is nicer then expected for an older complex. Good value for the money spent. The management is great, always helpful when I have a problem. Been here a couple of years and never had any kind of pest problem.
