Casa de Paloma Apartments us to be called Summit Place and before the new owners and manager took over it was a scary place to live, break-ins all the time shootings loud music,people always outside drinking and smoking weed!! siting on your car...it was a mess trash every where nothing ever got fixed. then the place was sold again and the new manager took her place and at first everyone thought just another manager and new owner, however Arlene and her team took over!! got rid of all the... problem units fixed most of the damages got rid of the bugs and they fix your stuff when you put your request in the security comes to patrol the playground has been redone and now there is rules set in place you feel okay to let your kids go play you know your car is safe nobody sits on the stairs there is a smoking section for people to smoke in and not all out in front of peoples house or in the parking lot its just a completely different feel here the past few months shoot the pizza man comes now too. The owner comes on a regular basis they realy care about us as residents,Arlene and Yvonne did a wonderful job and I am happy to call this home. Read More
