Referred to this property by my cousin who lived here for 4 years. The first interaction with Rosemary was amazing and ticked all the boxes for me, very kind and helpful, NO fishy fees or deposits, 55$ and they put the apartment on hold, pending approval for my application. The complex looks and feels like a resort, it's well organized, clean, quiet, plenty of car parking and the list keeps going on. I see all the work that’s being done as a walk-through. Excellent customer service. When you put a request in maintenance always come out and complete your work order at a timely manner.

Castlepark has been my home for a very long time! I have lived other places bit this is the best. Great office and maintenance staff. And the grounds are beautiful!

My family and I have lived here for a little more than 6 months now and we just simply love this community. Everyone here is very friendly and curtious. The maintenance and landscaping crew is amazing, if you have any issues/broken the maintenance people are there to fix it that day and the grounds are always clean and maintained. We would recommend this community to anyone.
