This place is great management is great Alexia is always on site and making things possible like parking. Very helpful with question and always can point you in the right direction . Thank the Universe there are no roaches . The pest control is on point and gardening is every week . Very home environment. Definitely high recommended. Thank you Hillside Village

Management was unprofessional

I’m not a tenant but I was a prospect, I called last week to see if and they would have any availabilities soon and before I could finish my sentence the man who answered the phone as I quote “ let me stop you there, wherever you seen the ad is wrong and I’m getting bombarded with this phone calls and I don’t know when the next..” and unfortunately I chose to end the phone call because I was so happy in my new journey to get some Info about a place I was Interested in to have my day ruined. The… time Demeanor was unprofessional and not needed a simple “ hey unfortunately we have no apartments available at this time.” !!!!

ROACHES

Infested with roaches, management has poor service and communication, always redoing parking lot so never any parking, water leaks, mold, broken dishwasher, maintenance very unreliable, way too thin of walls, entire apartment just cheap

amazing!!!!

i have been living here since 2012 and i must say i couldn't be happier! the property manager is very attentive and so nice! The maintenance man also is on point when it comes to things you need fixed! I work 40 miles from my home and its definitely worth the drive everyday!! I feel safe here!! I recommend!!
