Mill Creek Apartments

When they do the walk throughs they say in your face everything's good,they sign the paper and that's that but later they sent me a bill for over 1,000 got a deep cleaning charge even though we cleaned it spotless ourselves. It's coming out of your pocket for all the labor being done like, the carpet(which your paying for also) the painting etc.
I understand about some charges but honestly my mind is blown with the way this company did us..
We were good tenants there for almost 8 years
we seen... management come and go, and they're constantly in and out your house for "maintenance checks" but really felt like no privacy there. STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE!!
If you have bad allergies I'd think twice because it's like a cat farm there! Cat spray smell creeps in through the door, it's bad.
Pipes always burst some days the apartments smell like Sewer. Homeless people rome in the parking lot @ night looking for unlocked cars, luckily ours never got broken into but we knew some unfortunate people who weren't so lucky.
Yeah there's security but 1 person a few hours for a big property ain't enough.
I'm glad we're out but this fee on top of everything, has us stressed.

We move in 3 month ago and they take to long about 3 o 4 weeks to fix things chance my AC filter 3 weeks check dish washer machine 4 weeks and I'm not recommend to move into this apartment I can't wait to finish my contract and move out !!!!!

I love the layout and space of my 1 bedroom apartment. They look beautiful and it's a huge kitchen, (bigger than smooth single family homes) but if you're not a plumber or have full knowledge of maintenance you will be miserable. When you out in a work order, it will literally take 1-2 weeks to be done. My garbage disposal almost never works, I can never cook in my big kitchen because the sink and dishwasher are always full of water, causing my apartment to stink :(

We've been living here for about 3 months and we already want to move out! The area is full of homeless! The gates never work, the parking lot fance is literally falling off! Office staff is by far the worst they never answer the phones. When you call and report something damage they take about 2 to 3 weeks, because according to them there's a list!
