Outdated and not cared for

I don't know when or where these pictures came from. But these apartments do not look like this, and the outside is not taken care of at all. Or maintained in any way...

I love my apartment

I love it here ! Me and bf been here for 6 months and got the one bedroom, I love it ! The patio is huge ! The maintenance are on it when we have any concerns, even the management is REALLY GOOD. The ladies in the office are really helpful and very nice and get things done ! I would recommend these apartments to anyone interested. We love it so much that we are going to transfer to a bigger unit since we want to expand our family. The only thing I think needs to be done is updating inside the... units with better cabinets and better paint job that's it but other then that I love it HERE.

Look nice but not really

I lived here for over a year and was disappointed in how unprofessional management was. The grounds are never kept up. The property has been without finished patios the entire time I lived there. Kids outside digging in dirt messing with landscaping without any parent supervision. There is poop everywhere you walk because no one cleans up after their animals. Homeless people wonder the grounds day and night. Digging in the trash and taking whatever they please off patios. The gate never works.... Street parking is dangerous so be careful at night there are no street lights and there is no visitor parking allowed ever. The pool was never open because of the filter being broken. The outside where children have to walk to school is disturbing to say the least. Lots of trash and debris as well as broken glass from people having their car windows broken into at night. Overall don’t move here unless you absolutely have too.

These apartments look nice but aren’t nice once moved in

The walls and windows in this complex are very thin. I can hear everything going on outside. My neighbors are also really loud (yelling, crying kids, etc). I’ve put in complaints on them several times and all they get is a warning every time. I can’t hang out on my balcony because of the noise. The outside of the apartments is not well kept. The inside of the apartments are poorly renovated. I would not re-new my lease here. Its okay for the struggling student/adult but if you can afford it,... don’t live here.

Great place

Very pleased with the amount of space this apartment has provided for my younger toddlers. Love the maintenance!
