Terrible place to live
Back parking lot is first come first serve no assigned parking for tenents, terrible parking availability in front of apartment, bed bug and roach infestation, cats and dogs running around everywhere, inside of apartments are EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND OUTDATED ROOM WINDOWS ARE A SAFTEY HAZARD, owners dont care about these units, a tenants car was set fire in front of apartments, there is NO SECURITY AT ALL . Leaking roofs and black mold in some units. Terrible place to live but the pictures make it... look nice.

Bad management
Bad, bad management, really it sucks, water from upstairs apartment liking from the bathroom, too many roaches, a lot of humidity in the outside walls, the manager do nothing to fix the problem also neighbors are too noise at midnight and the management knew about but do nothing at all, because supposedly they are too busy doing nothing
