If you do not mind paying high prices for frequent maintenance issues such as water off at least every other month. At least 50 percent of the garage lights do not work. No lighting in the underground garage when the power goes off. A fire alarm system that does not function properly, Garage gates being open 24 hours a day for a month. 6 months without a hot tub. And leaf blowers outside you window at 8 am 2 days in a row this place is great.
