We've been very happy living here. We've had some small issues, but the team has been mostly responsive to our needs. Most of the amenities are reasonable for the apartment. The area is great with access to BART and CalTrain. We can get to SFO in ten minutes, San Francisco in 15-25 minutes, or down the peninsula. The area around Acappella has lots of restaurants and stores. There are nature trails within a five-minute drive. You can be on the bay or at the beach in Pacifica in under 20 minutes.

The costumer service at accappela is amazing, aside from a previous manager Mathew which it wasn’t a great fit.
However, maintenance is NOT GOOD by any means! The only great worker that works as a Maintenance is Oscar and he is not there as often as he is the Maintenance manager over other building sites.
