How Is This Rating Determined?

Top of my list!

I toured with Melanie, and she was such a breath of fresh air during my apartment search. I didn't have an appointment, but she made me feel so welcome and was happy to make time to show me around. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest while answering my questions. During our tour, she seemed to know everyones name, and a few even stopped to tell me how great it was to live there. I'm not looking to move for a few months, but if something is available in March- I'm looking forward to... moving in!

Five Stars!!

I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to for Apeture Apartments. I have been living here coming up on 3yrs now and the experience has been nothing less than exceptional.

Big shout out to Carlos Silva a top- notch maintenance supervisor for Apeture. He is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, friendly but always professional. He is always going above and beyond here by ensuring residents are living in a safe, clean and comfortable community.

Thank you Carlos for your excellent support,... quality work, and hassle free experience, and making residents feel welcomed, safe, and valued. You Rock!
