Great experience!
I’ve been here for almost 15 months and I’ve loved living here!!
Management is very helpful and are all genuinely just very kind people. I would shout someone out specifically, but every single person who works here has been phenomenal.
Maintenance is absolutely amazing. They’re very responsive. When you put a maintenance request in they’re always there within a couple of days at most. Carlos is very nice and makes you feel comfortable while he’s working in your home (and he’s great with... animals). He explains things very well and is obviously very knowledgeable about what he’s doing.
It’s very animal friendly! There’s tons of dogs, if you leave your unit you have a pretty high chance of seeing at least one dog. There’s also a dog spa so you can have a designated space for bathing your baby. I highly recommend this place if you have animals!
I think the walls are pretty thick. I’ve either never had a next door neighbor or they’re so thick I haven’t been able to hear them. I can hear people upstairs sometimes, but it’s only when they’re maybe building furniture (with a hammer) or dropping something that sounds really heavy. You don’t hear them just walking around.
We’re moving out only because we’re moving closer to my wife’s job since work from home is over for her. I know I can speak for both of us when I say we’ll truly miss it here.
