It is a perfect location for access to downtown and the associated offices etc in the day and bars, restaurants nightlife in the evenings.

Water Heater fails annually from Nov-March. Needs a permanent fix. Issue ongoing 5 years. Tired of cold showers. Rent is too high to not have hot water.

Dog urine is a major issue. They're not making it to the new dog park. They urinate down the ramp and by the access door to the garage. It smells so bad. Now both the front door and parking structure access door stink.

While we do our best to encourage responsible pet ownership, we understand... that occasional accidents may happen on the way to the designated pet relief area.
