The Best There Is

I have just renewed my lease after being at Casa Aldea for a year. I can promise you, I am as picky as they come and I cannot find a single thing to complain about!
The leasing agent (Marcia) The activities director (Kelly) and the entire staff for maintenance is amazing. I love my unit so much, but I was worried being in SD that the lease rate would go way up. It went up some, but didn't everything? I have the perfect, private unit and my neighbors are gracious and so quiet. I still work… full-time, so I am not able to do all the activities, but they have so many and look like fun! Someday! There is always a wait list to get into Casa Aldea, and I know why. It is perfect!!! Shawn

It will exceed your expectations!!

Casa Aldea University City is the best move my parents could have made! They couldn’t be happier. After enduring subpar living, care & staff at 2 previous facilities (1 independent living & 1 assisted living), they decided a 3rd move was eminent. Casa Aldea UC has exceeded their and my expectations! Clean, spacious, apts with huge accessible bathrooms. Compassionate and caring staff who ensure your needs are met promptly. Always greet you with a smile and time for a conversation. The grounds for… a leisurely walk are beautifully landscaped. I couldn’t be happier for my parents. Knowing they’re safe, content and in good hands take a load of worry off of me. Casa Aldea is #1 for senior living. Have a look for yourself...you’ll agree.
