Great staff!

Laurie and Jenny consistently exceed my expectations as property managers. From promptly handling work orders to taking care of even the simplest requests, they are always professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. What truly sets them apart is how much they care about the residents and our concerns. Their authenticity and dedication make this community a much better place to live, and it shows in everything they do every single day.

Horrible

Horrible place to live
The updated interior is wonderful and the appliances are all new. But this is the only pro to living in this complex. The water gets shut off once, sometimes twice, a month. You wouldn’t think it’s a huge inconvenience but when water is included in your rent and people use too much of it, it gets shut off. The leasing office sends three emails a week as “friendly reminders” for anything and everything they can to the every tenant for absolutely no good reason. Overall this... is not the best place to live and recommend paying the extra $150 to live elsewhere.

Our car got stolen in parking lot

Our car got stolen in the parking lot. My parents were supposed to go to work until they found out that the car is missing. Most of the time they also shut down the water (they do advise it beforehand) but it's not just a one-time thing.

If you want a place to live in, yes at least its a little bit decent. But if you're thinking of safety and security, I wouldn't recommend it here.

Very helpful

I have lived in the complex for over 3 years and I can't help but say that every time I have had an issue, management has been on top of things for me. I have never had any rodent or pest issue and you can't get a better price in Temecula with having Target and Vons right across the street!! It really helps make things easier, and it's so quiet! I love where I live!

I found my apartment complex on apartments.com I couldn't be anymore happier with them they are in a good environment good price and apartments.com helped me find that and gave me good information and correct information to make it happen
