Worst place we’ve lived

Summer Brook was the absolute worse place we’ve lived. I don’t even know where to start. Laundry rooms are not well maintained or cleaned. I’ve had many pieces of clothing due to left over bleach on machines. The machines require a pay per use card. The machines to purchase cards and add money never work or do not have cards to disburse for new users. The laundry rooms are always full and people leave their clothes in the machine long after cycles have finished. The worst part of this… complex is the apartment has termites. We reported it and had multiple instances. The unit wasn’t fumigate. The pest control company came and sprayed the ceiling where the termites were falling from the ceiling onto sour bed. This place is an absolute mess and cost too much for what you get. Also this place has no air conditioning. Find somewhere else to live. You won’t be sorry.

Worst apartment complex.

If I could give it a zero I would. My clothes got stolen today while doing laundry; I tell the manager and all she does is give me a dumb found look basically saying there’s nothing she can do about it. Nobody is much help here other than the maintenance guy. These apartments are absolutely a waste of money. Don’t bother.
