I also want to provide a bit more context around the items you mentioned. Our housekeeping team is on a structured schedule with... assigned floors throughout the week. With 37 floors in the building, they’re not able to service every floor daily, but all common areas are included in a routine rotation. That said, we understand how important consistent cleanliness is, and we’ll continue reinforcing expectations to ensure standards are being met across all areas.
Regarding the building windows, we do have a full window washing scheduled for September. While we don’t have exact dates from the vendor just yet, we will be sure to communicate those details as soon as they’re confirmed. In the meantime, we are also on a waitlist for any earlier openings in case we’re able to have this completed sooner. Read More
