I Love living here at the building. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. The building smells like heaven and the amenities are next level. Not to mention the location is perfect. Lastly, the other residents are very welcoming making daily elevator rides always pleasant. I’d recommend this building to all.

The folks who work at the Lindley are fantastic! Jen was super responsive and helpful throughout the leasing process. Nick and Anthony do a wonderful job with all the maintenance in the building. Christopher, Gladiola, and all the front desk and housekeeping staff make the building feel like home. A great group of kind humans to surround yourself with.

The good: The staff very friendly and professional.
Could be better/Opportunities to Improve:
1. Parking and Residents "Elevator lobby and hallways" needs to be cleaned regularly without us telling concierge to get it cleaned. It should be part of housekeeping routine cleaning schedule/checklist.
2. Buildings windows has not been cleaned in a long time - hope it's next after getting a power sweeping of the garage is completed.

I also want to provide a bit more context around the items you mentioned. Our housekeeping team is on a structured schedule with... assigned floors throughout the week. With 37 floors in the building, they’re not able to service every floor daily, but all common areas are included in a routine rotation. That said, we understand how important consistent cleanliness is, and we’ll continue reinforcing expectations to ensure standards are being met across all areas.
Regarding the building windows, we do have a full window washing scheduled for September. While we don’t have exact dates from the vendor just yet, we will be sure to communicate those details as soon as they’re confirmed. In the meantime, we are also on a waitlist for any earlier openings in case we’re able to have this completed sooner.

You have a great product, but it is obvious you aren't doing well financially (or occupancy wise) as you delay fixes, punish folks for more than 2 guests and run the hotel as if the guests run the place. For all the issues you should be doing more for your residences. Plus the security of the building is questionable.
