I am looking to fill a third unfurnished master bedroom in Sunny Potrero Hill as soon as possible. Rent is $2000/month plus $833 security deposit. The room is a master bedroom with private bathroom ensuite and access to deck with amazing views... of the city. Rent includes water, gas, and garbage. The room is newly carpeted, large and super sunny in the afternoon!

The common space is partially furnished with lamps, tv, couch, table and chairs, and a large closet for storage. The kitchen is quite large at around 200sq ft with all kitchen appliances, bar cart, and table provided. Washer and dryer are within unit. Deck comes with grill.

We are looking for someone tidy and friendly! Year long lease is most preferable. No pets and no smoking.

About the area:
Potrero hill has some of the best weather and views in San Francisco. It is consistently sunny all year round and escapes almost all of the city fog. From the neighborhood there are breathtaking views of the downtown area skyline, Bay Bridge and central San Francisco. The apartment is close to several parks, restaurants, and bars in a quickly developing neighborhood. The neighborhood is walkable, clean and safe. There is ample street parking with no permits required and easy access to 101 and 280 highways. If you don't have a car, it's a 10 minute walk to the Caltrain and a muni bus stop within 1 block.

I am a 30 y/o F who works as a Speech Pathologist and my housemate is a 23 y/o M who works in Biotech. We are brother and sister and are originally from the East Coast. We have interests in rock climbing, running, video games, music and trying new restaurants in the city. We are a LGBT friendly household and looking for others with similar values.
