Beautifully maintained apartment and wonderful experience living here. The building has so much historic charm with updated, high quality renovations. The management is super responsive and takes great care of the apartments. I never had any issues with pests or package theft either.

Well appointed (cabinets, countertops, appliances), but there is zero soundproofing between units, both adjacent and vertically. The footfall sounds from upstairs unit were unbearable (rug mandate had no effect); and conversations, tv sounds, and toilet flushes from the adjacent unit could be heard with an unfortunate clarity. Management had no solution to offer, pointing to the age of the building. In isolation, occasional noise is not an issue - but experiencing it during nearly all of your... at-home hours, every single day, becomes taxing.
