Nearby places include Arguello Market, The Washing Well Launderette, and Rossi Recreation Center, with a pool, tennis courts, and playground. It's a short walk or drive from major hospitals, including Kaiser Permanente, SF Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Sutter Medical General Hospital, and UCSF Medical Center, and a few steps away from a short express bus ride to the Financial District. Public transportation is readily available, with a bus line one block away that will take you to the city center.
Long-term stays only are accepted with a minimum of 30 nights. Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fine. Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. There is a $75 charge per 30 minutes exceeding the 11 am check-out time. A $25 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items left behind.
