Great Location, but...
the apartments at 2390 are the quintessential one bedroom marina apartment. Beautiful hard wood floors, crown molding throughout, huge bedroom, tons of closet space, roof access with a view, a block away from the palace of fine arts. However, the apartment shows its age with steam heat, an outdated kitchen, old bathroom fixtures. Furthermore the windows are paper thin, and you can hear ever step, and conversation from the neighbors upstairs.
The end units on the first floor have nice decks... which provide a great outdoor space as well.
If you can handle some noise the benefits do outweigh the costs. This is truly marina living.
