Room is approximately 10 x 10 ft. It has its own private bath that is located across the hall from the bedroom. Kitchen is shared. There is also a separate dining area, right now used more as storage that can be opened up to be used as shared space (can be setup like a living area). Room is currently unfurnished.

All utilities and WiFi is included. Currently, 1 other tenant is living in another room on the same floor.

Prefer 6-12month lease, but can consider shorter leases or month to month.

This home is my family home growing up. My other family members are currently living out of town but we do occasionally come back to to live on the 3rd floor and 1 other room on the second floor. In the future, the 3rd floor will also eventually be rented out.
