The apartment is ~925sq ft and is literally amongst all the best restaurants, shops and bars that hayes has to offer. I have visited and viewed the location and it is simply the best apartment with regards to price, location and building amenities. See photos for more details.

I am a male 25 year old working in tech. I have lived in SF for 2 years and prior to that I lived in DC for 3 years. I have so far lived with the same roommate for 2 years. I am very personable and actually don't spend a lot of time in the apartment so I probably won't be seeing much of my roommate. I am easy going and can get along great with most people.
