Property Management doesn't care about tenants problems.

While signing the lease, they promised so many facilities and 10 months down, the facilities are still under construction (e.g during my 10 months there, I didn't have sauna or a proper gym, as promised at the signature, they gave me a 50$ monthly refund, it doesn't cover anything).

Be careful with the security deposit!!! I hired a professional cleaning service (300$); I even provided them the invoice and they still retained 150$ for... cleaning and repainting (there were literally two small spots on the wall).

It one of best places to live in San Francisco, located Sough of Market, South Beach Marina, Waterfront Embarcadero, only few blocks from Ball Park and from Downtown and easy access to public transportation. Plus, the Bayside Village has many facilities, including gyms, pools, Jacuzzi and family/entertainment rooms. So, you have everything you need for young people as well for families. And it?s very safe with 24 hour security.

Really awesome place to live. Bummer they closed the sauna and have been working on the gym for a year. It also wasn?t too cool that they cut down all the beautiful trees. But all in all one of the best places to live in the city

Safe, nice and friendly place to live.

Great location - view of the bay only 1/2 block away. Free parking nearby for guests. Hard to beat.
