Each unit has a private balcony off the expansive living room that offers sweeping views of the city. Let us take of your utilities like, water... (hot/cold), garbage and sewer. The Carillon Tower is right around the corner from every where you want to be. In walking distance to Civic Center, Japan Town, Lafayette Park, and Hayes Valley. In addition we are a pet friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome with a pet deposit of $600. For your convenience we have our own private pet park located at the exterior of the building. Building Amenities:
Heated year round salt water indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym on premises

Pie in the Sky-Carillon Towers
The building is iconic for its mid-century architecture and that is the vibe that continues inside the building, as well. Every floor is circular with the elevators running through the core, so each unit is shaped like a pizza.
This building is all about the location and the views! From the South side of the building, you get tons of wind, but a view of all of San Francisco from the Embarcadero to the Golden Gate Bridge, and Twin Peaks is center stage.
The building is full of lovely residents... and their adorable animals. Be sure to make use of the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna! All dated, but very clean and unexpected for the price.
The only reason this building gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that the management can get slightly overbearing. They are very helpful when you need them, but are also quick to let you know when you haven't done something quite the right way.
We have floor to ceiling windows and natural light in every room. This building is also rent-controlled, so you won't do better in SF.
