Fairmount Hill Apartments

I've lived in this unit for 2 years and love it. The apartment was immaculately clean when I moved in, which was awesome. The kitchen cabinetry is a little dated but at least it is in very good condition and the appliances were either pretty new or in excellent working condition. The landlady is super responsive when there are issues and is around often to chat. The views are fantastic and we were able to grill out on our spacious balcony. The location is a very nice setting that is walking... distance to Noe Valley (10 minutes) and the Mission (20) but after a few times of making that walk you'll develop strong knees for the trip down and thighs on your way up since it's on a pretty significant hill. I don't own a car (my roommate has a reserved parking space which is a big bonus for him) but, because of the hill, I end up taking Lyft A LOT. There are several public transit option but they are all 2-4 hill-laden blocks away. Read More
