Northpoint Apartments

Have been literally sleeping next to a wood wall for months now with no windows in our bedroom. Management are some of the WORST people I have ever interacted with in my life, period. I wouldn’t live here again if this place were free. Avoid this place like the plague.

I really do wish I could give this place zero stars. We moved in this past December and the experience has been truly awful. The blinds constantly break becuase they are the cheapest pieces of garbage I have ever seen, and it's a $20 charge to fix even one of them (yes probably the cost of an entire set if we did it ourselves). The walls and ceilings are paper thin so we literally know every single thing about our neighbors lives.

They did not inform us of an impending construction project that... will apparrently be going on for well over a year that prevents us from accessing either the pool (basicaly the main thing that made us choose this place) or the laundry room (reason #2).

Oh by the way, when the started construction our apartment got infested with ants almost immediately. The earliest they could schedule someone to come out was 4 business days out. We cleared everything out of our kitchen in preparation only to find out that they never scheduled anything. Long story short, we still have ants all over our apartment, moved everything out of our kitchen for nothing, and were offered to explanation as to why and no resolution.

Our lease is up in December and there is no way we will be renewing. You would that think a complex as large as this would care about basic things like infestations, noise, cleanliness, etc... But by the look of all the negative reviews here and no response, that is clearly not the case.
