Overall, my experience has been a good one. The apartment is spacious. It was clean when I moved in and almost everything is in good working order. And for those two things that aren't in a working order, i'm sure it will get handled very quickly, as i'm going to the leasing office when I finish doing this right now. Like I said overall a great experience.

good value for price. best selling feature is location. great location. individual units are different of each other. so be selective prior to moving in.

Constant cockroach infestation in our apartment. Pest control is not too effective. Resident office does not answer calls or emails, so we always have to walk to the office (we live in the furthest building from there) to get any sort of answer. No sympathy from them whatsoever.

Maintenance is prompt in fixing issues. However, 2 overall complaints are keeping this from 5*: 1) we still don’t have consistent hot water. 2) the T2 dog park is often very gross. We (residents) sometimes have to clean it up ourselves just so the dogs can play. I know construction on a renovated park will start soon, but it is still disappointing and disgusting.
