The elevator smells sometimes and people steal packages left outside your apartment door. Other than that the maintenance people are really nice and always prompt. LJ is the best

Overall, my experience here has been positive. The location is perfect, and the apartment layout itself is spacious with great natural light. Parking on the street can be a bit of a challenge on weekend evenings, as all spots fill up very quickly. The walls are also a little thin, so I occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs, but it's generally a quiet building. The community amenities, especially the BBQ area and fitness center, are always clean and well-maintained. Leasing team is responsive... which I appreciate. Thank you.

Fillmore Center has been an okay living experience with both positives and areas to improved. The biggest advantage is the location, amazing restaurants, cafes, parks and easy access to so much of San Francisco.

The apartments and community have a lot of potential but the experience does t always match what you hope for. Improvements around building upkeep, cleanliness of common area and more consistent communication with residents would make a big difference. Safety is also an area I’d like to... see improved, as there have been concerns with unwelcome visitors accessing property.

The maintenance people in our building are really good. If something is not done to your satisfaction, just let them know and they will come back and take care of it again. As for pest control if you’re still seeing the pests, continue with the treatment try to locate the area, but it’s best to do the entire place and you will succeed at eradicating them. I find the maintenance team to be prompt and efficient.
