I love it this is the neighborhood I grew up in THE FILLMORE this is home.lots of friends and family. I actually use to be here in the Fillmore center back in 2004 my uncle use to stay here. The Fillmore is a cool place to live. Only thing it’s no Safeway close by anymore.other than Fillmore center I will recommend friends or family to come live here

I could not submit my request on the online portal. I resent having to walk into the main office to do it. The maintenance team are excellent in my opinion but the online portal is just a vehicle to advertise external companies.

The community is near many wonderful & delicious neighborhoods filled with parks, retail & eateries. Public transportation is easy. The Fillmore is always upgrading & improvements to community are constant. There are dog parks on site & janitorial services do a great job keeping the premises tidy.

It’s going very well. Everyone is helpful. The steps to move in were outlined and reminder emails were sent to us. The move in date reminders were also sent. Elevator was reserved for the move.
