If I could give 0 stars, I would. Why does the Fillmore Center bother to have an email address or phone number when they clearly don't want their tenants to contact them?
I have been trying to get in touch with the Fillmore Center for over a year regarding incorrect charges and unpaid balances on my account. The vast majority of my emails and phone calls have been ignored. When they do bother to respond, I'm told that "someone's working on it, and the matter will be resolved shortly". And then... months go by with nothing.
Now they have the audacity to send me an eviction notice when it's their own continual incompetence and indifference that has created this situation.

Great location, Clean, Easy to navigate, Great leasing center. They’re always willing to answer questions and help in any way. The property its self is very clean and nice. I have never felt unsafe. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.

The Utilities Addendum, included with every lease, outlines how shared utilities, such as water, gas, sewage,... and trash, are calculated and divided among units. Very clean. Expect for cabinets and kitchen drawers. Very dirty. Old ripped up contact paper, or the drawers had residue from old contact paper that had be taken out. otherwise nicely appointed
