Lived here for a few years, the staff is lovely but the apartment building has slowly been going downhill over the years. Many new neighbors have no respect for themselves and the shared spaces, trash and random stuff everywhere and the staff can't keep up.

Great neighborhood, there are a lot of great restaurants around the area. Bus stops are close by and convenient to get to downtown. Grocery stores are walking distance. I wish the back gate is open daily so people can go to Steiner St easily!

Good experience with the team at Fillmore Center Apartments. The apartments were also pretty good. They had character. The apartments complex is huge with lots of greenery

Just pay $250 per month for parking fees, and have your vehicle stolen. $250 per month for safe and secure parking? My car was stolen and many other vehicles were vandalized. Just don’t park your vehicle in the Fillmore Center Parking Garage. After paying about $4,000 in parking fees, be prepared to have your car stolen and/or vandalized. With technology today, you’d expect the Fillmore Center to at least do something. My car was stolen after paying around $4,000 in parking fees, and Fillmore... Center did absolutely nothing.
